HI

I know it has been a while since I last posted. I get in a slump and don't feel like writing. I have finished radiation!!Yes. I am glad. I miss the nurses though.

I read this its a little long. But its interesting!

Custody TrialKNOXVILLE, TN (AP) A 7-year-old boy was at the center of a Knoxville,Tenn., courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling overwho should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten byhis parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt inkeeping with child custody laws and regulations requiring that familyunity be maintained to the degrepossible. The boy surprised the courtwhen he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and headamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested thathe live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beathim. After considering the remainder of the immediate family andlearning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose whoshould have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal referencesand confer with child welfare officials, the judge granted temporarycustody to Phillip Fulmer and the University of Tennessee football team, whom the boy firmly believes is not capable of beating anyone!

What do ya think? Terrible isn't it.
